Harmony between the relationships increases due to the calm and peaceful mind. Meditation not only leads to the mental ecstasy, but also it gives rebirth to the inner euphoria and the exultation. Researches have shown that the habit of meditation has a positive effect on the cardiovascular and respiratory organs. It maintains the blood pressure and the serves as the stress control mechanism of our body. The offshoots of the stress are of biochemical nature and it has been found out that the transcendental meditation mitigates the ill effects of such byproducts and makes the mind free of tension. Thus, meditation is the best alternative medicine available to us in order to lead a calm, peaceful life and is already gaining popularity among various sectors of the society.
