Day to day remedies for Indigestion

Indigestion is caused when we don’t follow proper sleep pattern, eat improper food with too much of oil, spices etc, consumption of alcohol, tobacco, stress etc.
We will see some common day to day remedies for curing indigestion.
1) Food that is light for digestion helps in curing indigestion.
2) Lemon juice + Ginger syrup + salt will help
3) Rice cooked till it becomes semi solid.
4) Porridge
5) Buttermilk.
6) Ginger powder with honey.

Back Pain – a serious threat to people for all kinds of jobs
Back pain is the most common complaint by many people of all age groups. It is most present in the age group of 25-40. The professionals who sit all day in a office tend to develop this strain more. With increase in pressure in the job, there is increase in the pressure in our back pain. Even long bike rides will cause it. If one feels his back needs medication he should not delay getting it. Because, it might cause serious problems in future. It should be treated at proper time. Hence we should consult a proper doctor for seeking medication. Back pain blocks us from doing normal activities. It is present in most hours of our working day. There are many medications for back pain. They include yoga and back exercises. Drinking more water will ease our pressure exerted in the back. We should make sure of a comfortable seating in our office. There are pain killers and muscle relaxants which are available for reducing the pain. There are also belts available for straightening the back. However consulting a specialist is more advisable. Back ache is a serious issue which must be considered seriously by the individuals and should get rid of it at its early stages.
